Safety First
ALL Dogs must be on leash and ALL Cats must be in a carrier. Please make sure your companion has a secure on collar or harness with identification.
Late or missed appointments
Late Arrivals
I am only able to perform the grooming services for your pet in the time allotted for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, I may not be able to perform your scheduled grooming services and you may need to reschedule your appointment so that I can stay on schedule with my other clients. If time allows, an additional fee may apply in order to complete a full groom.
CancellationsPlease call at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule.
Your spa appointment is a reservation for services and for the individualized attention I provide each pet. I can only take a limited number of appointments each day. A missed appointment is a loss of income to a small business. I understand emergencies arise but please be courteous and let me know!
Clients who cancel fewer than 24 hours before their appointment or who do not show up for a scheduled appointment will be rescheduled only after other clients have been accommodated. I may charge a $55 “no show" fee and I reserve the right to decline future appointments for clients who fail to keep a scheduled appointment three times in a calendar year without adequate prior notice.

As in any small business that works out of an appointment book, my daily schedule depends upon appointments being kept.
Each day I have a fixed number of of spaces available for grooming & I always look forward to to seeing all of your smiling faces & wagging tails! Because of this fixed number, I do have a stand-by list of clients waiting to be groomed.
If you find that you won’t be able to keep your scheduled appointment, please try to give me at LEAST 24 hours notice so that I can call my stand-by clients. If you cancel the morning of your appointment, chances are I won’t be able to contact them in time. Of course, I understand that unexpected things can happen; just call me as soon as you can.
**No-shows are very disappointing to me- that’s when someone doesn’t show up for their appointment, doesn’t contact me & I cannot get in touch with them. Even though I make reminder appointments cards and a call or text the day before upon request, I always give folks the benefit of the doubt & think perhaps they forgot.
However, if you no-show 2 times, I have to ask that you pay in advance for your next scheduled grooming. So be sure to call to cancel or reschedule! Thank you for your understanding and respect for my small business 24 hour policy!

FLEAS Cosmos Cuts is a FLEA FREE salon and I do not accept any pets with fleas!
